About Pop Art Liberty
"My work is a playful exploration of line, shape, and color, brought to life through a process of dynamic layering. While my background spans everything from ceramics to sculpture, my preferred tools of choice are acrylic and ink.
I’m deeply inspired by the energy of New York City and the uninhibited creativity I’ve witnessed in the children I’ve taught over the years.
I love taking everyday objects and giving them a sense of movement and animation, building whimsical worlds filled with original characters—including a decades-long fascination with the Statue of Liberty. Influenced by movements like Pop Art, Futurism, and Expressionism, I aim to create a sense of 'playfulness' and dimension that invites the viewer into a carefree, imaginative space".
